You are very organized and have a great display for your collection. This was my temporary display back in 2008 - the end table next to the couch and in front of the TV. A perfect location.

Thank you Pat and rockjunquie! RickB Yea those that didn't make the shelf are just sitting out just like that now. I knew I probably wouldn't be able to fit every rock I had on the shelf but I just kept finding more! and now I don't want to put them away in a box or drawer so they're just sitting out on a table for now... but it is fun to see them all!

Those look great! Thanks for the link. I'm going to check them out a bit more later on. I have a wall with glass cases. I think some of these could work really well inside for some of the smaller stuff. I don't envy you on dusting day!

That looks great. Inspiring me to get busy. Is that some kind of putty under some of the specimens? I've seen the putty called museum putty and earthquake putty in some places.
