I have seen some posts where some have had good experiences and some have had not so good experiences from this place. I had THE WORST experience buying from there. They completely ripped me off. Did not give me what was ordered. And then threw in some tiny slabs to try and make up for it. They have fake prices posted for their rough rock. I am going to let you decide for yourself. I have never been treated so rude by a vendor before in my life. So rude in fact, I had to just stop emailing because people like that need to be taught a lesson, and I'm not in the mood for teaching at the moment. After i sent an email requesting that they would make things right, this is the response i got and the emails that followed.

No I dont want anything for free just what I paid for. I ordered all rough rock no slabs. Thank you for the 3 free slabs but all the purchases were made from the rough rock section on your site. And its advertised as over a pound for each one. I didn't receive close to a pound on anything I ordered. I have itemized them again so you know how much is missing from each one.
These first 3 items are the slabs i received instead of rough stock. I can either return the slabs and you can send the the entire amount that was listed or i can keep the slab and you just send me the remaining amount owed for each item. I have the weight of each one itemized.
Mountain Lace Agate:
You have listed as 1lb 1oz. (476 grams)
I received 64 grams.
You owe me 412 grams
Missouri Gray Lace Agate:
You have listed as 1lb 3oz. (532 grams)
I received 56 grams.
You owe me 476 grams
Arizona Lace Amethyst:
You have listed as 1lb 10oz. (728 grams)
I received 128 grams.
You owe me 602 grams
These last 3 I ordered are rough rock that is no longer listed on your site but they were all over 1 pound. So I will just ask that my order is fulfilled to 1lb (448 grams)

Sorry if I came off rude but I really just want what I paid for. This was a xmas gift from my mom bless her heart. I asked for this stuff to complete a few orders I have pending. But I was planning on getting alot more material from you if these checked out. And I still do plan on giving you my business in the future as long as we can get this mess figured out. I'm not trying to argue or poke fingers I just want what was advertised and what was paid for. Hopefully you will see it the same way and we can both look forward to future endeavors with each other.

Anyways I just want anyone considering to buy rocks from BLAIRROCKS.COM DONT DO IT! They are liars and terrible people with bad attitudes. I just wanted what I paid for, And they screwed me over. The next thing I am going to do is report them to the BBB. And post as much as I can to let people know to be careful when buying from this site.
In the end they did nothing for me and told me i was screwed.
