Is it slabs or rough ? Patty Historically the traveling rock box has been a mix of smallish rough and slabs but I remember it created a problem every time because one would always out-space the other and I think I remember people wanting a distinction - either a slab box or a rough box. It's up to roy though because he's the one generously starting it. |

Good point.
I remember participants noting what they could use, the size of their saws, and anything else relevant.
I remember sending someone templates, and sending another who wanted findings—- along with rocks/slabs all in the same box.

I was going to throw some nice batcave in. Would have to process it yourself. However…. If we’re doing slabs, I could do that as well. Just need to know because if you don’t have the right equipment, good luck processing it 😂

Ok. I am in as long as it isn't just slabs. Otherwise, I think I can find something from Petoskey, Michigan (wonder what that could be?) or maybee from Keweenaw Peninsula.

These boxes get get filled pretty quick. I think the last one ended up as 2 boxes, but it may have been another one. There's not much room for rough.

That works as well. I'm not trying to be pushy about it. Just need a lot of upfront time as I plan to load and ship off the next day. With how my weeks and weekends have been going, It could take me a couple weeks to get around to getting slabs cut etc... So i'm just trying to plan out as I already know what I want to include. |

I took a bunch of rocks from inside back outside. Told my gf I wouldn’t bring anymore in. That lasted about two weeks.
