I recently noticed my QT12 tumbler has a motor labeled QT6. I called Dave and he said Lortone always uses QT6 motors on both QT6s and QT12s. Is this right?

Hello Mazanec Last night I was exploring the possibility of replacing my current motor with a more powerful one (as I read in the board that some of you do) and I found only 3 models available at online stores: #301-21 - (A.) Replacement Motor for the Lortone 1.5E rock tumbler. In Stock shipping weight 2 lbs. $15.00. #301-34 - (B.) Replacement Motor for the following Lortone tumblers: 3A, 33B, 3-1.5B and 45C. In Stock shipping weight 3 lbs. $17.00. #301-30 - (C.) Replacement Motor for all the QT Lortone tumblers: QT6, QT12, QT66 and QT12/66. In Stock shipping weight 5 lbs. $43.00. It looks like Dave was right. Quite a large motor that #301-30! I don’t think it will fit on my Lortone 33B. Hope that this helps :-) www.dadsrockshop.com/tumbler_parts.htmlwww.4facets.com/ReplacementParts.html#motorwww.therockshed.com/partslortone.html
