I have this same saw only the 10" version. Mine has a "Brad's rock shop" sticker on it, from somewhere in MI.
It is a good saw, I love that I can adjust the table left or right with two screws on the sides. My only complaint is (at least on my saw) the blade guard is made of metal so can't be adjusted. This effectively limits how tall of a stone i can cut with it. Mine is maybe 1.5-2" max height. At the end of the day, this may be a good thing as its kind of pushing it to try and cut a 3-4" stone on a 10" blade, at least in my experience:)
