Hi guys, I just got a used Lortone Qt66. It seems to run fine for a while, but after a few hours starts to make a squeaking noise. Then after several more hours, it stops turning the barrels and just hums. Picking up one barrel, I see that the shaft driven by the motor isn't turning. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Did you try tightening the belt?

Start with tightening the belt and clean off the shafts. Lubricate with a little oil. These are just places to start...

Might have to change out the plastic bearings on shafts, belt might be loose.. Has to be sitting on level table..

Hm the belt seems fairly tight. It moves about a quarter of an inch when I press it. I'd oiled it too and it still stopped.
I'm not sure how to remove the bearings?
I also tightened the grub screws.
What else can I do?
Thanks!

How heavy are the tubs? Agree on the above, usually does the trick.
