It's been nearly a year since I finished a batch. Really like how this Tiger's Eye turned out, material gifted by Rockindad RWA3006 what do you think Randy? Poo or Ohio Flint? I shouldn't have mixed those two... This piece of Ohio Flint made itself into a nice necklace piece

Nice! What is the big one in the middle at the bottom of first pic (purple center with white around outside)? I'm not 100% sure. I know I got it form jasoninsd last year, maybe he can chime in too. I would wager Swazi agate.
I really like that rock, and he didn't seem to mind letting it go lol.
Think I only ran it two weeks in coarse.

chris1956If I remember correctly, didn't I have you dig through a big bag of "tumbling" Botswana Agates? I actually didn't remember that until I looked at the picture... I know I've never had any Swazi...so if that one did come from me, it's gotta be one of the Bots...I think! LOL

Me and the big one to the right have been at this a while. About a lifetime ago, he was one week from polish and a big chip came out of it, so I left it with a scar.
Been taming this one for a while too, another pickup from the Rock Shed last year. Didn't feel right losing the black and brown.
I really like this rock, maybe it grows on you after a certain amount of weeks. Just wish it would have photographed better.

dillonf, ashley Thank you. It's been nearly a year of living out here. Still miss Lake Michigan, but I can cope with the rest of the scenery round these parts.

I'm glad you like them because they can be a frustrating end to an otherwise enjoyable process.
Can't exactly pass them around the digital campfire...
