I was able to buy a used Lortone qtg-66 with the extra 12 lb. barrel, three barrels total. Problem is I bought in Orange County, CA and I am in Central Coast CA. My daughter picked it up for me and the unit is now in Fullerton, CA. I was thinking of picking it up but gasoline alone is $100 for the trip. I know UPS does packaging and shipping for a price. I am not able to find dimensions for the unit with the three barrels anywhere online. Does anyone know? I feel I have already asked my daughter and SIL for enough help and I want to make the shipping stage easier. Can anyone help with dimensions for this thing. Thank you!

Mine came in a 14”x14”x14” box. That was with the 6 lb barrels and base, in factory packaging. You could ship the base with one or two barrels and pick up the other(s) at a later time. That way you could start using it.

Very good idea! I think I'll do that. Now to figure out how much UPS wants for packaging and shipping. I know, I'd be better to just package it ourselves but I don't want to put my kids out any more.
