I have a question for someone who has more experience with a 33B. Mine seems to be throwing small black shavings of something over onto the top of the frame and motor. Not sure if anyone else had this issue. The belt and pulley wheel are not touching the blue frame even though it looks like it in the picture

I always chalked it up to extra friction on the plastic washer. I noticed when I leveled out my tumbler it seemed to lessen.
Maybe it's the angle, but your belt looks awfully close to the frame. Feel like that would end the trip pretty quick though...

Quick way to figure out if it’s the belt or the washer would be to clean it up and run it again for a little while with the motor covered in some fashion. If you don’t have the original cover it shouldn’t be hard to come up with something for a little test, maybe tape a piece of paper over the pulley side. Run it and see if the shavings are contained to the motor compartment or are still ending up on the top of the frame.
My barrel stopper washer thingie does throw off some black dust like that, but it doesn’t end up quite where yours does.
I recently got an older but unused thumlers and the original belt was kicking off tons of crud like that but most of it was ending up underneath the belt, so idk. Just too old a belt I guess. When I took it off I discovered it had a flat spot worn into it all the way around so I replaced it and problem solved.
