I don't think peanut obsidian. That's a glass and the edges don't look like glass. It looks like a Chinese stone that I can't remember the name of.
The spheres in peanut obsidian are feldspar and usually have a radiating pattern.

I saw one sample online calling it "China Flower Jasper." Another calling it "China - Plunite Poppy Jasper." I have also seen it called peanut obsidian too. I agree that it isn't glassy.

My understanding is Peanut Obsidian isn't really obsidian. I remember talking with Johnathan about some he had picked up...but I might be remembering incorrectly...which seems to be happening a lot this week! LOL *EDITED (before I posted). So, I just looked up Peanut Obsidian...and every reference says it IS an obsidian! Dangit! Another case where I thought I understood something about rocks...and nope...I'm back to square one! LOL
