I wouldn't normally question you, but I found an identical marked slab this morning. He's got quite a lot of moroccan material. That's why I named it.. I'll look at that wing gate too though.

The second one looks like Dead Camel...not Dead Ringer...
I would LOVE to know what that last one is!!
The first one has the tones of Stoney Creek...

jasoninsd - Thanks for clearing up that dead camel. The dead camel and dead ringer look so close, I can barely tell the difference! I read something on this forum about a fight occurring between the owners/owner and one of them opening up a claim near by and calling it dead ringer. I'm just retelling it horribly. Someone knows, not me apparently! If I had to make a guess on the last one, I can tell you where my search is leading. I'm going to research agates from Turkey. Why? Because the collector has quite a bit of Turkish Agates, and the coloring, size, and shape is similar to the specimens I have, though not an exact match found yet. I've also considered South America - got a lot from there too, though at this point I haven't dug up any similar to that one.... and South America is a lot bigger than Turkey, so there's that. LOL Sheesh... I just finished telling everyone I wasn't lazy then the next day I turn around and take the easy way out.

Turkish Agates are seemingly SO varied...with no real ID on them other than "Turkish Agate". There are some exceptions of course. I've just seen so many variations though in the simple ID of Turkish Agate. The "Beating a Dead Horse" material is seemingly another one which gets ID'd one way or another...depending on who's selling it...and who they're trying to sell it to! LOL
