Hello all! So I found a few of these agates today called Red Lightning Agate from Mexico. Dry, they are kind of unimpressive. Wet, it's so very wow! I think I understand the Red Lightning name, red so bright it's shocking! Had to share, for you agate lovers and rock lovers out there. Hope you like!   |

Pat - Thank you lady! I'm glad I posted it since you weren't familiar with it  chris1956 - You're right! Seems like orange, or yellowish orange? That's why I took that one zoomed in, I thought it had some really "dimensional" color, if there is such a thing. Depth? I don't know the right rock terms.

I found a rock out here...we'll assume it's a Prairie Agate! LOL - Anyway...it has some of the most brilliant red I've seen...until your pics!!
I have it in the queue to be worked...just haven't yet...

That's really red! I can't wait to see it finished. Looks almost like a crazy lace. Not quite crazy, but nuts for sure, the line between the two is blurred.... Anyway, really cool find!

Well, thats some impressive stuff.
That red...the yellow lines, the clear quartz....Thats some of the amazing patterns! That cab is going to rock!
