here is something weird, diamond milling bits for a CNC machines. I use them in my drill press to make tiny grinding wheels for tight inside curves. These are 80 grit with tons and tons of life on them $5 each. Edited to add: shaft is 1/2" diameter, Cutting head is 3/4" diameter and shafts are 5" long, and the cutting surface is 1" wide along the shaft. I also found some 220 grit in the box.

I will get a box tomorrow and see exactly how many I can stuff in one of those boxes.

they look sintered to me. I have used 1 for over 3 years now and it still cuts good. This is the best pic I can get of the 220 and 80 grits. What do you think?
