Going to start a new little project and just ordered the parts. I am going to try and make a little hard wheel set out of these cnc milling bits. I just ordered some supplies Going to source the rest with scraps lying around the shop

aGates, I am going to use the coupler to put them end to end and make a shaft. There is enough room on the 'shaft' for the bearings and pully. After that is together I will build a base out of scrap wood and mount it to the wall with a spare motor to get it spinning. I figure if I get the rpms up past 3k it will cut like any other hard diamond wheel. I should have this whole thing built and cutting for about 60 bucks which is what that parts list cost including shipping.

I like the build I suppose my next question is application based Will you make cabs with it?

aGates yes I will try shaping cabs on it. because... 1) I think it will be an super cheap starter build, 2) I want to make some cabs with concave edges.

now that I have the parts here, I like the single sided arrangement. I think the single bearing will be enough.

Bearing looks self aligning, which means when the torque of the pulley pulls the pulley it will pivot.
