Those almost look like something on/in your polishing wheel/pad scratching it by how ununiform they are

That's kind of what I thought as well about the scratches. I think I'll go back a few wheels and see if I can't get rid of them. Thanks again! |

I don't think it's rainbow obsidian, but I'm saying that based solely on specimens in my collection, not out of any knowledge whatsoever. That's my very uncertain impression.
I probably should have stopped at the like button, but I just couldn't help myself. I may be a masochist.
