My career involved using a keyboard and monitor so that is what I am comfortable with. I don't own a smart phone. I had power outage issues so I bought a flip phone and tablet. I use the phone when the power is out or when not home but not frequently. I can receive text messages which is essential now for second level account verification. The tablet is useless. I can't see the screen most of the time because of glare.
When I get an email from paypal, I click on the link to take me to my web account. The email has two options; download the app or go directly to my account on the web.
The last email I received was for an update to an order; received invoice, paid invoice, seller updated invoice with shipment and tracking information. Since there was no email link to my account, I logged in.
The last transaction shown was from February. I called customer service and explained my issues. The rep was clueless but mentioned that guest information which is mainly invoices do not appear on my account. This is a change and bad. The rep talked about work arounds, like using the tracking number in the email. I already know how to do that. My call was dropped twice. On the third call I asked to speak to a supervisor and suppled a call back number. I have not received a call back. I couldn't find an email address at their site or the internet. I went into bot chat and requested a representative. Contact will be my email and will take a few hours.
Next year, I will receive a 1099k and I thought I would get one last year so I would download monthly transactions and create a spreadsheet of payments for lapidary purchases to use when filing my taxes. If that is no longer available, I will need to wade through credit card statements which is labor intensive.
