the story: A Neighbor's uncle was a rockhound back in the day. This Uncle was going through a divorce and stashed his rocks at his nephew's place. Time elapsed and the uncle passed . Another 20 years went by and my neighbor was tired of looking at the rock piles. We got talking and I had a pile of oak from a tree that fell on my farm that he wanted for heat, so I suggested a trade. This is 3/4 of the pile, I am just starting to sort through, but there is a bunch of Oregon Agates and jaspers. Lots of obsidian and petrified wood. If anyone can ID this mossy agate, I would be grateful. There's 2 barrels of it I liked this little round

It appears you both got a good deal there. Of course, in two years you'll probably still have a huge pile of rock and he'll no doubt need some more firewood.
