Definitely NOT getting bored my friend!! The Purple Stone looks familiar...but I can't place it right now... I really like the shapes on 2 & 4! ...and after the mower incident, I'm glad to see none of these were Bloodstones!

I keep coming back to your "misshapen Noreena round", Mike. Its "white windows" pattern reads to me as closed eyes. The little guy seems to be glowing with satisfaction at being posted on RTH, and posted first in this set.

I didn't get the "right" picture of that one but if I would have it actually looks like someone- or something- bending over and looking in a window. Of course I thought to myself "Gary would for sure see this". 😁

Nice looking set Mike. It hard to pick a favorite. That last shot of the orbicular jasper really caught my eye. Thanks for sharing your work.

They look nice! The ocean jasper is so dreamlike. The second one, pink/purple, what is it?

Very nice, Mike! Are you still doing freehand? Those are some awesome shapes!

Very nice, Mike! Are you still doing freehand? Those are some awesome shapes! Thanks Tela! Yes, I still do freehand. Still wonky sometimes! I bought some stencils a couple of years ago and maybe used them a handful of times. I rarely know what shape I'm going to end up with until I get going. I appreciate the compliment, ma'am! 😃

I really like that Orbicular Jasper, a pretty one. I'm impressed you do it all freehand - I'd find that extra difficult.

I like that stone also, I need to do some more with that. I have a hard time staying in the lines when I color- maybe that's why. 🤣 Seriously, I just like doing it better that way. Oh, and sweet belt buckle in that other thread!

Those look real nice! I love the Morena jasper. I just got some material called "Samuel jasper " that has a sort of similar appearance.
Question for you, is tge disaster peak jasper grainy (almost like a sedimentary rock)?
I got some jasper real similar looking to that stuff and it is grainy. Takes a decent polish but if you hold it too long against a wheel it develops what I'd describe as burn marks...

I didn't find it particularly grainy and didn't seem to find any issues with this specific stone and the wheels...

Also, my phone must have autocorrected my stuff...not "Samuel " jasper but "damu" jasper lolz, I read the quote as "Samuel Jackson". Funny how the eyes play tricks!
