Hi there! Sorry you're having trouble. Common issues, really. I understand.

We use Cloudinary for images. Follow these instructions exactly. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/thread/99564/members-using-cloudinary-upload-button

Your profile can be found on the ribbon at the top, near the center. It's where you will find all your settings.

If you need more help - just holler.
