Nice material Ed. When I read "Limbcast" I had a vision of you with a busted arm and a shiny cast!! Glad it isn't so!

You aren't kidding that stuff is hard Ed, I've had some that you sent me tumbling forever. Kim it does look like unfractured rose quartz, just a pale version. Pretty amazing how this stuff was formed, if you haven't heard of it before, do a search on it, it's interesting. Nice load there Stoner, nice looking load. Love those agates too.

Well Cher, at least now you know there is light at the end of the tunnel. I didn't think this stuff would ever shape up. I don't know how long you've had yours going, but figure on at least 5 months. But it is worth it in the end.

Good-lookin' batch Ed. 5 months...that's one heck of a hard rock! and one heck of a long time to be patient. It paid off though. Love the agates as well. Steve

I have never seen tumbled limb casts. They look very clean and came out great. You have a lot of patience to be able to get those things tumbled. Steve

Nice agates, but the limb cast is the show-stealer. Clean limb cast like that doesn't come cheap either, unless you managed to score some on one of your buck a pound super deals . Five months tumbling though, wow, that's a killer!

Believe me Don, that limbcast was not clean when it started, that's why it took so long, trying to get rid of the dark matter and the vugs. I did get it for a good price from some guy in Oregon. I think it was even less than $1/lb. Do you want some? I still have a box full.

Your limbcast looks a little like Rose Quartz. It turned out beautiful. Tami

Hi Stoner,
Those Limb Casts look spectacular ... I never get any limb cast left over for tumbling ... as I am always searching for the ever elusive Iris Agate.
