Another winner you have there, Stoner!
Having a backlit pendant would be sweet. Wonder if it could be done without making the pendant too bulky or having the light source show thru? You'll have to work on that one, patent the idea & make a fortune in the process!
I also wonder if there's a way to inconspicuously sign a cab? Maybe with a diamond tip etching tool? That would be the next step to take - making "signature" pieces. Just a thought.......

Hey Ed, I have been cutting cabs for years and I have to tell you ... that is one of the sweeyest pieces of carey Plume Agate that I have seen in a very, very long time! Absolutely spectacular!! Yea, good Carey Plume is getting tough to locate and when you do, it can be quite expensive! I know a a gentleman in Nebraska that is setting on roughly 500 pounds of this material ... but, he will not part with any of it. I have made an offer of $15.00 a pound for 10 pounds of it and I was told "NO" ... so, I have to keep my eyes open as well. Buddy, that piece is an absolute gem! Bear

Hey John. It's good see you back posting again. Too bad that guy in Neb won't part with any of his material. I got this slab for $4, so that wasn't so bad. I bid on the slab that's up on ebay now and hopefully I'll get it too. Thanks for your comments as they really mean a lot coming from such a master cabber.

great cab, Stoner, Kim needs to get a sphere maker, raid the place in Nebraska, and then cut the top off one, would be an executive desk topper for sure!!!!!!!
getting a nod from the Big Bear is a real feather too,
