Hello, I am Becky, a 70 year old woman living near Erie, Pa. I have always loved collecting "pretty stones" at the beach, and now I am finally taking an interest in identifying them. I also recently purchased a little rock tumbler. I'm a "book" person, not a "website" person, so any suggestions for books about identifying Great Lakes beach pebbles are welcome.

dandresow: Thanks. Haven't done anything with rocks for years. Just fixed an older HP 18 inch and dug out a 10 inch and 18in Lortone and I have a couple of trim saws and need to make something to cab with. We stay broke and I only have enough to put oil in 1 Dec 1, 2024 16:49:20 GMT -5 *
