Hello All,

John here from Texas. I am a retired geologist (environmental) and picked up another hobby. I have been in the environmental side for most of my career but always enjoyed rock collecting. I have a pretty good collection of minerals and fossils but now looking to cut and polish slabs. Picked up some sow belly agate in Creede in June and now ready to cut/polish. Let the fun begin. I need advice and will post in the appropriate sections of the forum. Looking forward to learning from the experts!!
