I'm not saying I haven't for sure...but I don't ever remember seeing a brecciated piece like that. That's super special!!

I'm not saying I haven't for sure...but I don't ever remember seeing a brecciated piece like that. That's super special!! you know this babies getting slabbed up. And you also know that if multiple good slabs produce you’re gettin some!

That is really cool. I’m guessing that is the tree rings that are visible in the brecciated areas. The formation reminds me of Howardite. Something I’ve been wanting to work but haven’t yet. Hope to see some cabs highlighting these areas:

khara Sycamore is like oak in that it has rings and rays, the rays are a lot more visible and go from center to the bark like wheel spokes, the rings are fairly faint and at right angles to the rays.
