I think I would be both curious and disappointed if my rockhounding was turning up cut material…

I'm surprised AI knows what rockhounds are.

I suspect the young girl was focused on “pretty rock”, whereas “rock hound” seems to be a person in a desert holding cut rocks 😆

These aren't scary like the giant clam/coprolite thing. Surprised I didn't have a nightmare about that one.

My husband loves math and I love rock. One day he generated such an image to entertain me: Not sure if it works for me or not...🙄

This one (AI generated) is actually good: Hard for me to tell that it is actually not real.

I think I would be both curious and disappointed if my rockhounding was turning up cut material… wouldn’t be the first time I’ve cut a rock and returned it to where I found it 😂

I found a inactive quarry about 20 miles east of town up Hwy 26. That was a cool place to hunt. There was a lot of quartz geodes and seam agate. One time I was there exploring the dry wash along the entrance road and I found a big pile of agates and other non-native rocks that somebody had dumped there There has been several times that I have found cut and polished rocks while hounding on the beach.

Years ago (rooster confirmed this) when my grandpa was hounding the beach at Newport. He took a bunch of thundereggs and scattered them across the beach. If you ever come across a thunderegg, you’ll know who it came from 😂

I think I am an AI rockhounder - all of my hounding turns up cut slabs.

Im more concerned about the guy with the rock levitating off his hand, or the guy who’s clothing is morphed to the geode.
