Great looking batch!
Quartz and Quartzite is a bit of a pain to tumble, but they look great when finished.

Nice looking batch. Were they pretty round when you started?

Chris, it seems like you're knocking these out of the park here lately! Fantastic looking shine on those!! Thanks. Have something special ready in a couple days. Great looking batch! Quartz and Quartzite is a bit of a pain to tumble, but they look great when finished. Thanks. There are always cracks but I expect that. A couple of those are so cracked they look good. Nice looking batch. Were they pretty round when you started? Thanks. I would say maybe a quarter to a third are rounded. Rest are broken to one degree or another. I think the quartzite ones tend to be a little more rounded. I will see if I can find a picture or get one of the small amount I have left and see if my estimate is correct. They all come from the creek that runs through our property here in northwest Missouri.

Starguy, here is a pic of the quartz left in the bag. I would say the quarter rounded or partially rounded is close.
