Hi! I'm brand new to this forum and am fairly new to rock hunting. I've only lived in the Black Hills a couple of years, but it really is the perfect place. I look forward to learning about the beautiful rocks that I have picked up along the way and chatting with others who wander around in the middle of nowhere looking at the ground on their days off 😄

I cannot confirm nor deny that I saw any signs and I cannot confirm nor deny that I know where there's a good hole in the barbed wire fence to pass through...... and if it makes you feel any better, I didn't find any Fairburns either. 🙄 Great to know that you're also in Rapid.
