Trying to get a few more sessions on my 10" star diamond saw that sits on my picnic table in central WI before the weather closes in!
This saw is the perfect size for cutting small nodules that would be hard to get into a large vise. I try not to cut rocks taller than 2", I think the saw could do it but I prefer not to.
Anyways, first pic is a piece of blue chalcedony i took out of a tumbler barrel when I saw a nice flat i could cut into a cab. The other ones are baby malawis (alimajo I believe they're called)
The next picture are royal imperial jasper. I personally live these stones!!
Maybe ill get around to cabbing some of these tonight...I have alkt of things on table to do at this point (keep finding more and more cool stuff)!!
