I really like those. They offer the viewer a unique combination of where the artist has worked his magic upon the medium, but mother nature has also done something magical that is not obliterated by the artist.

I really like those. The ones I was holding my breath on while grinding will always be my favorites. A few of them like the Bloody Basin (row 2, col 3) and the Lysite (4,1) I still cant believe didnt get obliterated haha. |

I posted this in the currently running October cabochon contest then immediately regretted it so I'm going to move it in here instead and just link to this post. If anyone wants see a larger photo or ID of the material tag me. "If anyone wants see a larger photo or ID of the material tag me." I didn't say anything the first time, because I know your busy. But you said it twice sooooooo..... I know one person in particular who wants both larger photos and/or ID's on what ever you find the time to do. Because this person I know is super into ID's. Kind of a nuisance of a person, so don't trouble yourself on his or her behalf if you are pressed for time. I said it before and I'll say it again. Those are all amazing, and too many good ones to play favorites!!!! Thanks for sharing these Tommy, and I hope your eye candy inspires more people to show their stuff in this month's cab contest. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! |
