Hello,
I have a box of small-to-medium sized geodes that I'd really prefer to cut open instead of crack. I have a Taurus 3-ring Blade wet saw (https://geminisaw.com/taurus-3) that is primarily used to cut glass or tile that I'm hoping I can use, as money is a bit tight so I'd rather not go buy another tool unless I have to, yanno? I tried doing a web search for it, but have yet to find anything.
Thoughts? Thanks! :-)

From what I recall, the ring saws do not have very strong blades and are expensive to replace. May be better off looking for a used 10 inch tile saw.

If the geodes are very solid cutting with a ring saw will be painfully slow if you want to not damage blades. I would watch CL FB marketplace and garage sales for a cheap tile saw, I have a barely used Ryobi I got for 10 bux. Hope to use it one day, but waiting for my kitchen and bath remodel before I start abusing it with rocks.
