Their zoom sales have stopped. I also found I was missing the hoses for my 14 inch drop saw, emailed three people and there has been no response.

Zeke responded. He needs the info so he can look into it.

Mark K while you're at it can you ask when they will have feed screws for 14/16" saws again? Someone in the club here could use one, and the sales girls have been vague when I call.

I imagine that is the part. When I bought the saw there was a deal which included the pump and some free rock of your choice. Offering the saw and the pump without the part to connect them is BS. There is an area on the top right where the pump is supposed to go and it doesn't seem to want to fit. I'm not sure that it is the right pump for the saw although they look the same. There are also no instructions on how to connect the hose to the pump and to the saw blade. It isn't like plugging in a lamp.

Zeke responded. He needs the info so he can look into it. I emailed him first and then Sherman. Sherman made a video of the saws operation but not the setup.

There are also no instructions on how to connect the hose to the pump and to the saw blade. It isn't like plugging in a lamp. My pump wasn't fitting in there at all but that's to be expected because it wasn't HP's pump. I did end up removing that top bracket as it was in the way more than it did anything. You might be able to take that equipment pic to a hardware store and get someone to help assemble your own pump. If your saw didn't come with a black length of tubing to push into the "T" connector on the saw then I do believe that's a 6mm tube that goes into there. I've found that a 1/4 ID tubing barb will fit that tubing well but if you need a little reassurance, some silicone will make sure it fits well . It does seem rather odd that something so integral to the saw's operation wasn't included in the first place but there probably is a reason for that. Here is the thread about my coolant solution for the HDT 14. Once you get it cooled it really does cut agate quickly, gravity feed FTW. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/post/1341752/thread - Rob

I'm waiting for the part and assume it has been shipped. Zeke made a video that I looked for assembly and will try it when I get the part.
As far as the zoom sales, I quit getting emails. I checked and am not blocking them or having them go to the spam folder. I registered another email address and that seems to work.
As an aside, I got an email regarding their Black Friday sale one equipment and supplies. No details or prices. I have bought from these before. Discount is not great, but shipping is free and they include sales tax in the price.

On a related note, I've been experiencing the same issues. Zoom links aren't coming, advertising seems a bit wonky and unrefined. I know I do this stuff for a living so if they want some help getting their messaging out better, I'll be more than happy to talk to them about it. About the black friday sale, stardiamond I got my 14" saw from them for my fathers day which was a 10% off sale as well. It saved me a few bucks for sure, this one coming up might make it easier to buy that 6" cabber they make.

I am still waiting on the hose kit. I attended the zoom meeting today for their new building. It is huge. They announced their BF deals and it was typically 10% off equipment and 15% off accessories when purchased with equipment. They frequently have those deals on their zoom meetings with sweeteners.

Hmm, I bought some bearings and rough rock from them recently and I actually got an email, text, and phone call about their black Friday sale. I also received an invite to their zoom sale or meeting or whatever it is. I haven't tried joining the zoom meeting as I'm at work at that time.
I will agree with you though about the phone operators/representatives. When I ordered the bearings (for the old E50 combo machine) I was trying to get the OD of the bearings as the website didn't list it. The girl I spoke with said she'd have someone at the warehouse measure it and then they sent me a photo of someone very inaccurately holding a caliper. I went ahead and bought two of them, hoping they work out for my machine.

I have picked up new bearings for those using the part numbers on the old bearings, or just ID, OD, width and type of seals and/or shielding. For a combo I would get double shielded even of it isn't what came off it.
