Great looking quartz tumbles Chris. I like the one with the epidote in it, the striped pattern in it is pretty cool looking. Also like that 2nd to the last. The green and reds mix in it well.

Mike Thanks. I don't know what the other stuff is in that one with the epidote. I like that next to last one also. I found a couple rocks of that stuff in Lake Michigan last summer. Rob of Michigan Rocks had something that looked a lot like it and he called it unakite but it looks more like some sort of jasper to me. Great looking batch! A lot of lookers in there for sure 👍. Thanks for sharing! Thanks.

mdjunkie , here is a cab I made of the same material. I think the pastel colors mesh together well.

That's an awesome cab! It does look a bit different from most unakite that I've seen. Great work. I have a bunch of Lake Michigan rocks that I'm tumbling right now and I have some similar stuff. I don't have anything for cabbing yet, but there are future plans in place though (I drive the wife crazy asking her for her opinion on this saw or that cabbing machine...lol!!!).

I think I found two rocks like that one. Largest was about golf ball size. For what it is worth, I like my Kingsley North cabber.

Beautiful cab! Hard to balance edge lengths and bezel.
