Most likely they got stuck in the soil of the wash and could not get out, and eventually floods buried the truck further.

Yes, will eventually cut them and face polish them. Heard they look really nice cut. If so, may get some more soon.

If you ever get out this way let me know. There are several closer places to collect Apache ear as well about 2 hours from here.
