I can't remember what it is, but I thought it was from Brazil. I just call it blue willow- after the china. 
I would be inclined to think it's sodalite in quartz. But, I really don't remember.

I have heard it called "Blue Denim" Lapis/Sodalite. It is table top material, but I don't know where it's from. |
