Thank you to all our veterans and their families who have served and sacrificed for our country. Have a great day. I come from a military family. My father was a major in the Army who served during WW2 and Korea. Two of my brothers were in the Air Force and I joined the Navy. My brother Tom and I both served in Vietnam at the same time. I began artifact hunting and rock hounding a few years prior to enlisting. RickB US Navy 1968-71 YN2 Vietnam Veteran

Thank you, Rick, for your service and reminder. My family were all military, too. I'm a proud Navy brat. My son and husband were bubbleheads (submariners). My dad and father in law were career Navy. Actually, we go back to the Civil War and Revolution, too.

Thanks Rick, Amygdule and all who served from an Army vet with an Air Force dad and an Army Air Corp grandfather.

Salute to all the veterans, men and women. About 60% of the VanDyke family have served in the military, starting back with the Spanish American war... I did the Army, like my Dad did in WWII, I was in "73-76"...
