Working on making a few cabs this weekend.
The Petoskey stones came from the guessing game chris1956 put on, I'm loving working with those!!

Petrified wood from I got a year ago from Sabre52 . It took a while for me to make something. Loving the colors

I did! It was the last rock I did before pulling the oil out of the saw for the winter. Didn't really know if it was oriented right for the best pattern so I just went for it.

Thanks! Polish was using leather and some kind of aluminum oxide polish. Interestingly enough that same polish caused the Petoskey stones to get little scratches so I went back and just left those at 3k.

That is a problem I have had. Darn polish seems to stick to the smallest hole or scratch in a Petoskey stone.
