but here are some of my latest cabs anyway, up first is the whole batch, some of the stone i got from Zotika (chyroprase, chalcedony, serpentine and agatized rhodochrosite), an experimental set of earrings from some picasso marble Steve Holmes sent me a while back (gona be very goth looking), a piece of labrodorite i got in a mix from gemmaster, and a litle tiny test piece of carasite.... i call this pair "Serbia by Day and Night": and this Chyroprase is unreal looking, very nice to work: i'm excited about this first pair of "experimental earrings", these are cut thin and i still have to polish the backs and then...drill the holes without crumbling them.... speaking of crumbling, the serpentine cab cracked coming off the dop stick so it needs some "rework"...it's beautiful stuff and i had such great plans for this cab too.... anyway, a free form of the labrodite as i've never worked it before and didn't know what it might do... i finished a piece of boulder opal from Slim too and now can't find it....that was weird stuff but gorgeous, will try for more pics tomorrow. thanks for looking! KD

Very nice indeed KD. And you talk about me burning up the grinding wheels. You've been pretty busy yourself. I got my fingers crossed for when you drill the holes. Makes it hard to type though.

That Picasso marble is sweet! I still have an 8 pound boulder of Picasso waiting to be cut up.

They all came out so good. That flash on the Laboradite looks spectacular.

Those turned out great, the Chryoprase almost looks like a blob of glass, you did a great job on those. Tami
