Looks like a nice mix. You can always cut a cycle short if you can't wait to put the new stuff in.

I wouldn't put the lepidolite in there because it will disappear in a day or two. The rest should make for a nice looking batch.

Cher, The purple stuff is Lepidolite. The Horn Coral was purchased from Stoneage Industries. Kim, The Lepidolite was collected at the Harding Mine in Dixon, NM. I think I posted a thread about it once upon a time. I plan to go up there on Wednesday. If so, I will take photos. The Harding is a pegmatite mine now owned by the University of NM. I have collected Apatite, Beryl, Quartz, Muscovite, optically clear Calcite and Lepidolite there. The Lepidolite is soft but supposedly never contains fractures and makes cool little sparkly cabs. Collectors are only allowed to remove 10# of rock a trip. OK, Ed. Won't put those in with this batch then. Don't want 'em to disappear! ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

I see you got around the "what do I tumble next?" problem by throwing a bit of everything in there! Those are some real nice materials, it should be a great batch.

Nice batch that is gonna be!!! I tried a chunk of lepidolite- You chose wisely NOT to tumble it- Mine was gone after a week (it was in with some glass and obsidian) Completly gone!!! (did make for a NIce thuck slurry!)
