A huge thank you goes out to Liz for this pleasant surprise package I got from Liz today. Funny, I was out in the garage/shop trying to clean up a little thinking, "Man, I got way too many rocks", when a UPS truck pulls up in front of my house and the guy brings me a box. Huh? I'm not expecting anything that would come by UPS. Here is what she sent me with a very nice note. I almost fell on the floor when I unwrapped these treasures. Thanks so much Liz, you really didn't need to do this. photo taken dry. Individual shots. wet The first 2 are from the personal collection of a rock shop owner. Half nodule from Kalama, Wa. Collected in So. Oregon Forest Fire Plume from Idaho. Awesome material, thanks Liz.

Oh! I'm sooo happy you got em! (always amazes me when things get to where they're going with no damage! LOL)
You are most welcome! Guys...you saw those beautiful cabs he did for me with the red forest fire plume. (plus, he gave me other cabs too when he sent them back!) Generous hearts deserve being generous to!
I sent the best forest plume to get a custom setting on it for the sporechilds birthday. Then I ran across a really pretty rhodolite garnet I had & sent that off too to have mounted at the top of the teardrop. I'm hoping to pick it up this week. Will post pics when I get it back!
So...a huge thank you to Ed. And bite yer tongue! There's NEVER too much rock! LOL
