this batch has been in polish since March 1st... ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) ...it wasn't patience on my part, i simply didn't have enough material to move up a stage until today. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/krazyD/mexandmix01.jpg) lots of saw tailings in this batch, but i've become fond of the little chips. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/krazyD/mexandmix02.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/krazyD/mexandmix03.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/krazyD/mexandmix04.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/krazyD/mexandmix05.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/krazyD/mexandmix06.jpg) thanks for looking!! Very nice batch, KD! I see some beautiful turitella, the laced agate is also nice. What are these rocks that look like snow-flake obsidian and have dark-red sparks?

kewl. I'm loving the little chips lately too. Adrian...if I'm not mistaken that's moss agate of some sort and the red is a reflection from the camera. (kd..am I totally wrong?)

KD you must be reading my mind! I was saying to myself, "I hope KD posts a close-up of that eggy looking one!" and on the right of pic 6 you did!
The turritella is fabulous and I really like the blue bits too

Herm is right, Adrian, the red bit in the mossy/dendritic agaite is my stupid camera being silly. the blue bits are tailings of lapis lazuli.
thanks for the comments,
KD

Ooooo pretty, that's an awesome upclose pic of the lace. I really like the gray/white one on the left, third pic down. That stuff looks elegant to me. Very colorful batch too, what's the blue stuff?

That's it. Next time the workforce comes out, that lone hunk of crazy lace is up. Nice job on everything, KD. The lapis is pretty, but the lace is tops. Love those big mixed batches.

You did a heckuva job on the turritella. It has a great shine, and for that kind of rock, it's not easy to do. Way to go!
