One of the members here (who wishes to remain anonymous) made this supersized slab grabber for me, I got to try it out for the first time today, boy howdee, this is the ticket. Any of you that don't have a slab grabber for your saw should put it on your things to acquire list. First guinea pig peice Look how easy it clamps in there A chunk of rocky's pet wood is next A group shot of all the slabs this afternoon You do have to cut a flat side first before the slab grabber works, but after that first initial cut, you can cut the whole thing clear down to the last slab after that. I use the different design grabber that uses screws. Kingsly North has a nice one. LRG-1 Rock Clamp They also sell the design discussed above. I think Lortone makes it.
