Hi everybody Today I went to the jeweler whom I gave two of the boulder opal cabs Tony (Nephrite) have sent me. Look what he managed to do with them (it's 18 kt gold): ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130798.jpg) ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130798a.jpg) ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130800.jpg) In my opinion they came out great (it's difficult not to with such gorgeous cabs). My wife, who will wear them, also likes them a lot. Tanks for looking and MANY THANKS AGAIN, TONY! Adrian

Those are gorgeous! What great guys...Adrian and Tony! Was it very expensive to have a jewler do that? And, I'm curious; what did the jewler think of those amazing opals?

There, I think that is an almost adequate expression of my thoughts on these beauties.

Thanks everybody.
KD, I told to the jeweler the story (well I told him I got these stones from a trade with a guy from US, but that's not the very truthh, because although I gave some rocks to Tony, they couldn't match these beauties. so I better would have told him it's a gift)
Karen, the gold and work for these two stones costed about $ 110. The jeweler told me he doesn't have the occasion to work with such special stones too often, he liked them very much too.
Yes, Curt, my half is very happy about them.

Adrian, I am happy you were able to turn them into special gifts for your wife and daughter. Thanks again for the trade, the stones and fossils you gave me are among my favorites in my display cabinet.
