Hello, That's what I worked lately First, a key-holder for the person who gave us the key from his countryside house and allowed us to stay there while rockhounding a week ago. ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130801.jpg) ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130803.jpg) Second, a striped jasper which polished really great (look at the reflection of the keyboard): ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130804.jpg) Then, a thunder egg piece with a great purple color. I tried to facet this one, but finally resulted three flat surfaces and a curved one. ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130806.jpg) And finally, a piece of wood which had a natural hole with a "cave". I balanced several months between letting it as it was and cutting it, and finally I decided to open the "lid" (may I introduce one of my cats with this occasion - meet Sissy): ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130808.jpg) ![](http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/adrian65prd/P7130809.jpg) Thank you for looking, Adrian

Beautiful pieces, Adrian - and you have some of the nicest pet wood - I love the lines you have in your pieces and your ability to bring out the beauty. Some of them look so real - if I saw that when I was out backpacking I'd probably pick it up to toss on the fire. And then burn the crap out of my hands digging it back out when I realized that it wasn't wood! ;D thanks for the photos!

Love the pet wood. It looks like just the right home for a little Hobbit. And your cat looks pretty neat, too. BUT my favorite piece is the Thunder Egg...love its shape and its colors. Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing. Give your kitty a scratch behind the ears for me. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Lady B

That's a nice gift for your friend Adrian, that was very cool of him to let you stay at his place. Love the pet wood, what a neat surprise that was ... makes you wonder what exactly happened to cause that back when the tree was still alive. What a great thunderegg, it almost looks like it has a smoky effect in it, love the color.

Thanks everyone. Not surprized that the favorite of most of you is the pet wood, it's mine too. It also polished great but that doesn't appear in the pics.
