Here are some slabs I cut. Dryhead agate, mexican lace, cut the end off a braziliam agate nodule ( this was some of the harderest stuff I've ever cut), a piece from Sheri, a piece from Steve and some of the chrysacolla from Jamie along with a few others from her. slabs dryhead agate from Sheri, translucent agate with gold plume. I know bad pic. from Steve, Idontknowite. Maybe pet wood chrysacolla and other stuff from Jamie mexican lace brazilian agate nodule. Look at the piece behind and you can see the water lines. thanks for looking. ~~Mitzi~~

Nice slabs. Good to see you are having fun with your saw. Do you use a WF?

I do use a WF Tony. I'm gonna have to buy a new blade soon. I think this one is getting pretty dull. Course maybe it's just me.

Nice job Mitzi! The saw blade is good until there is no diamond left. You may need to sharpen it on a fire brick.
As a side note, your work area is much too clean. You need to throw some stuff around and get it dirty as sin. :-)

Ok. Fire Brick.
Is that a regular house brick? Or some other kind of brick. My inquiring mind would like to know.

Very nice slabs Mitzi, I know its a lot fun cutting cause you never what is inside. That is how it is for me anyway. What are the little stone in the mason jars? Just curious.

Nephrite,
Those are little tiny beach rocks and shells. My mom picked them up years ago. I'm using them in my tumbles to help the grinding process. Some of them are turning out really pretty, some just grind down. I hope a lot of them make it through all the stages. I want to stick them back in a jar or dish and display them.
