I am finally posting pix of the Mozarkite I got from John. (Better late than never, right? ;D That's my personal motto.) So, here ya go! The package is here! What the heck? This doesn't look like Mozarkite; there's a message here, under all these verrrry cool rocks. This will require some serious surgery! The massive quantity of very sticky tape begins to yield. Revealing.... OK, I had to make like a Mom with a bandaid, and just rip it off! Revealing the RTH motto; pass it on! Thanks to all who contributed to John, who contributed to me!!! Anyone recognize those pieces? Let me know. How fun! Now, on to the Mozarkite! John, I did weigh this; How many pounds did I pay for? (8) How many pounds did you ship? (My scale goes to 10 lbs., and it was buried! Without the Bonus Board!!) Thanks, thanks! thanks! Of course, I had to start washing and wetting, even tho it was midnight. Amazing colors, lots of variations! Pinks, reds, greens, blues, smoky gray.... There's even some sparkly stuff My hubby thought I was nuts, when he woke up at 2 a.m. and found me still oohing and ahhing. Thanks for Christmas in August, John! Thanks for looking, RTH members! I will post more pix when I get a chance to cut 'em up. Sorry, John, that it took so long to post my heartfelt THANKS! K

I do recognize that piece of jasper and that banded agate.
Isn't that just like him? Uses broke scales and thinks no one will notice. Sheeeesh!
(Now before anyone gets mad, that was a feeble attempt at some dry humor) Good on ya, John. Nice package Karen....................Tony

I hear a refrain from a song from back in the day..." And the beat goes on..." And so once again, the beat of a very generous heart can be heard. John is so cool (even if he is into such shameless self-promotion that he would use his darling little boy's incredible photos in order to win votes in my Poetry of Images contest. ) Karen, it looks like you are going to be having Lots and Lots of fun with all that gorgeous Mozarkite and those extra goodies! ;D Lady B...

Tony, it was a VERY nice package! So, which ones are the jasper and banded agate? If we number the rocks from left to right in rows.... And I think people can click on the photos and get a larger view. (I hope).

Yeah John is da man. I cut some more of the mozarkite yesterday. Filled up one of my tumblers and got a few dreaming looking slabs. The range of colors and patterns in this stuff is just plain great. One of the other Tony's
