About two weeks ago Stefan posted pictures of some cabs he had tumbled. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=Pictures&action=display&thread=1189003611
In looking over the photos two of the cabs just stood out to me as if they were telling a story. I remarked about that in a post on his thread; and he subsequently sent me a PM offering me the two cabs...
So of course I sent him my addy and then just the other day, these two beautiful cabs arrived at my addy!
But it didn't end there. It seems that Stefan was concerned about those two cabs being all alone in a big FRB.
And so these cabs also arrived at my addy:
So there they were, 4 lovely cabs
sitting in a big FRB. But then Stefan began to feel bad again about those four lovely cabs being all alone in that big FRB.
And so instead of a big FRB with just four lovely cabs, this is what else arrived at my addy:
Those cabs were definitely not lonely and they were very safe during their journey.
Here are close-ups of some of the rocks that were used for packing the box:
And 4 rocks that are entirely new to my collection. Stefan identified them for me but I cannot find them in any of my rock resource books. Perhaps one of you can help...Stefan said these are excellent examples of "Damndifinoite"!
So there you have it...one FRB used to ship 4 beautiful cabs with a bunch of amazing rocks used for packing!
Stefan, you are such a caring man. The cabs thank you and I thank you. And eventually, someone else here at RTH may be thanking you, too; although now that I actually have those gorgeous cabs in hand, I'm not certain I can give them up as prizes.
Bless you for your generosity! I love the cabs and the packing rocks very, very much!!! They are definitely being enjoyed! ;D

A wonderful chunk of Blue Jasper just waiting to be slabbed and cabbed...
A delicious-enough-to-eat piece of Wonderstone (It makes me think of raspberry-swirl cheesecake!)...
And 4 rocks that are entirely new to my collection. Stefan identified them for me but I cannot find them in any of my rock resource books. Perhaps one of you can help...Stefan said these are excellent examples of "Damndifinoite"!
