OH MY GOSH! Brian, you are killing me man! That yellow full round with the red center is worth a small fortune. Don't break it up! Cut 1 inch slabs and sell them to wood collectors. A A A G G G H H H !

You could waste the rest of your life slabbin' and cabbin' that junk. Might as well go buy some cement, build a fireplace, and be done with it. ;D ;D
Super haul, Brian. That yellow one is unbelievable!!

Wow!!!!! You have SO got to chip a few pieces off for Adrian, especially from that yellow and red one! He likes the natural bark.... Curt, I do agree with you, that is an amazing, once in a lifetime find, perhaps ranking right up there with your black druzy.
Wowzers!!! I can't wait to see what Adrian says!

OH!
OH, NO!
OH!
Ok, tong back in mouth, jaw up, drolls off, relax, relax, deep breath, ....
Brian, I think the one in the last pic is the most amazing pet wood I've ever seen! And that includes the Lesvos petrified forrest! What colors! What a bark! It's amazing!
The other ones are also great, but eclipsed by that outstanding specimen.
I like the idea of a fireplace built using pet wood. You could put a pet wood in the top of the real wood pile used for fire, and invite a friend to pick it up ;D
Adrian
PS. If you ever decide to slab some of that beauty (although I doubt about it) please let me know
PPS. Yes, KD, booking a flight was my first thought ;D

That is some great stuff! Lucky you. I got some of that yellow wood that you have in your last picture. I bought it there in Holbrook from a rockshop that was going out of business. Don't know what kind of wood it is, but it sure is nice. Makes me want to go back and do some collecting out there again.

Brian, Congratz Man! You must be Living Right my Friend. That is quite a haul, and you've got some great pieces there. If you ever get the last one slabbed up or a slice out of it, your gonna have to show us. I like the one in the 4th pic too...looks like it could have some nice patterning. Congratz again! Steve

Holy cow Brian!! What a great score!!! My favorite is the 3rd Pic down with the blended color pattern. Looks like it was painted with watercolors! That will keep ya busy for a while!

Thanks everyone! ;D Unloaded this today and my back still hasn't forgiven me lol. I got to go through the garbage can which was half full of medium sized pieces, and the bucket full of smaller stuff today. Some of it just knocked my socks off! I'm thinking of putting a couple boxes up for sale if there's interest. Stay tuned!

Dang that is just some awesome pet wood!! How many cabs do you think you can get out of 1,100 pounds of wood? I'm betting more than 50,000. ;D Better get to work.
