Those are excellent!! The colours in the opal are really set off by the silver.

Thanks everyone. This is getting to be more fun all the time The body of the dragonfly started out as 10 gauge half round wire and the wings 26 gauge sheet I started soldering 28 gauge wire webbing onto the wings and ended up with a minor meltdown which with a little more melting, hammering and brushing came out all right. Next time I will attempt to reticulate the siver. I am a little suprised that no one noticed or asked about the rock in the first picture though! Bob

Your beautiful work was so distracting, I don't think any of us noticed the rock that the dragonfly was sitting on! What is it?
