Little jewels from the Chain of Rocks Gravel bed. I loved the wood I found on the last trip. I especially like these that have translucence, especially when the the woody part kind of floats in there. This colorful batch came from a variety of unidentified rocks from recent rock swaps as well as a few from the box of Utah agate that I purchased from Jamie. Also a couple that I picked up on a past trip to AZ (the long ones towards the top). Those 2 are both sort of a mystery to me. I like the one with the green band running through it and the other is a dark red with bluish streaks. Unfortunately both are dark and hard to get decent photos. These are also from recent rock swaps. Some I cut and some tumbled whole. Many of these were from a bucket of snakeskin agate, which took a while to smooth out, but often seems to have really cool colors and patterns inside that you can't really see until you grind off the scales! Thanks for looking.

Wow puppie some of that pet wood is really gorgeous. The bowl with the snakeskin has some really choice pieces in there. Great shine on all.

Nice batch. That big one in the top-right of the third pic looks like it wants to be made into a pendant.

Awesome wood! What's that "shark tooth" in the 3rd pic - right side? It also seems wood to me. Lcars, is that the one you see as a pedant? For a very strong neck maybe! Adrian
