hi all i think someone is trying to tell me something --i took my truck on its first real ride last week and it ran pretty good when i got to the shore i found my boat battery that i had on an auto trickle charger at the shore house had died so i went in the back of my truck for my battery checker and locked up the truck,, well alittle plastic piece must have broke off when i shut the back door and the light stayed on in the truck and killed that battery hahaha so i charged it before i left the shore and it was fine i just went out and its dead again hahaha i cant win with this truck,, i should have kept my 86 firebird it ran like a new car but i couldent get in and out of it with my back it sat so low to the ground this was my baby hahaha ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v115/sandsman1/caraa.jpg)

Aren't trucks fun? My van, the one I put three engines in, nobody replaced the HEI module. Easy to change, hard to diagnose. One day it ran, the next day no spark. None, zip, zero. It cranked and cranked and cranked. The new engine, blueprinted, overbored, cammed, ported, port matched, no spark! The timing was timed to the faulty module, the carb was adjusted to the faulty module, and it gradually ran worse and worse. One day, nada. Sands, I am glad it was easy to fix. We had hurricane Ivan bearing down on us, and the van was dead and no mechanics nearby with my tools buried deep in the van. All went well, she purred like a kitten with the new module. Aren't trucks fun?

Ya know, guys, when turbulence hits and you keep a good additude, blessings are sure to follow. That's a big thing I've found in my own life. Some times someone else's bad karma flops over on you. Keep a positive attitude and you will be blessed with good fortune. Mark it on the calender, you'll see. You are going to be blessed with something good, and soon! Flakily yours,
